Starting the company in hopes of improving food security & safety for everyone, Jeff has 5 years experience designing and building aquaponics systems. Prior to Lettuce Tree Farms, he helped plan and construct aquaponics gardens in Honduras and received a degree in Agricultural Business and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University.
Rust Belt Riders is a local composting business which has partnered with Lettuce Tree to provide locally sourced fertilizer. The amazingly diverse soil ecosystem present in their compost allows us to grow healthy food faster.

Citizens Make Change 2018 is a community project funding source, backed by Citizens Bank. Lettuce Tree Farms was selected as one of 25 presenters for this years competition. On Feb 21st, at the Global Center for Health Innovation, we presented our model for shipping container farm systems.
